Receive Urban Bar products with FedEx shipping.


The couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.

Please Note: Orders to P.O Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

We will endeavor to despatch goods as promptly as possible.

The maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer.

If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

Orders shipped to destinations outside the US may incur duties and taxes, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Urban Bar (If you are sending a gift, the recipient may be responsible for these amounts). You may want to consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

Courier Info

All orders are shipped using FedEx. All orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order from however if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be in their original, unused condition.

Faulty Products

If you think your product may be faulty, please contact customer service via [email protected] or 1.800.460.9051 with full details and we will endeavour to sort out a replacement as soon as we can.

Please do not send products back to us without contacting first.
